Honestly, the buying process itself was really impressive and smooth for me. However, i was a bit disappointed when i opened the serum bottle like a few days ago only to find out that it was not properly capped. Yes, the serum is not filled to the brim. It seems like its missing 5ml or more but I'm hopeful that this issue will be taken care of in the future.
Other than that, the product seems good.
