I had ordered revolution eye shadow and they sent me a different eye shadow. I did not reach out to them as the product i had ordered was for 850rs, I thought to myself this must be a spam website and didn't bother reaching out to them. Although i did leave a review here. I am truly amazed at their customer services, they contacted me and agreed to their mistake of sending me the wrong product and told me they will be sending me the correct order. Hats down to their fantastic customer services, owning up to their mistakes without me contacting them.
